Before you make an appointment:
- Anybody with a fever or signs of respiratory symptoms can not under any circumstances be treated. You should contact your GP for advice.
- Anybody who has had symptoms of COVID19 or a positive test must be fever free for at least 5 days and at least 14 days since the onset of symptoms before making an appointment

On the day of your appointment
- Please arrive 5 min before your appointment time.
- If at all possible, please come alone for the appointment
- Please wear a mask to protect others from potential spread of the virus.
- Text or call 083 0031319 to let us know you are outside. We will text or call to advise you when to enter the building.
- Please bring a bare minimum of belongings with you for the appointment.

In the surgery:
- Upon entering the building please immediately sanitize your hands with the liquid provided.
- Do not remove your mask until requested to do so by staff.
- Please proceed directly to reception to have your temperature checked.
- Do not touch any unnecessary surfaces / objects and keep your possessions in your pocket / Ziplock bag. Under no circumstances place them on counter tops / desks.
- If it is necessary to entre the waiting room please observe social distancing rules
- Upon completion of treatment replace your mask and proceed directly to reception to complete documentation / payment.

Please note: We have discontinued issuing paper receipts. All documentation will issue via e-mail. If you don’t have an e mail address, please consider getting one or nominate a friend / relative to receive your correspondence via their e mail.
